Different Strokes for Different Folks

Package 1: Basic - £400

This package is ideal for a small business that is looking for a short, high-quality video to promote a product or service or explain a concept. This package includes the creation of up to a video of up to 30 seconds, using stock footage only and basic editing. This package includes one video meeting and one round of edits and revisions. including two music track choices. The finished video will be provided with one aspect ratio version for use on one media channel to be agreed upon at the initial discovery meeting.

Package 2. Standard - £650

This package is ideal for businesses who are looking for a longer video and would be perfect for creating a promotional video or explainer video that explains a concept in depth. This package includes the creation of a video up to a maximum of 1 minute using stock footage only and basic editing services. This includes two rounds of edits including two choices of music. Both would be video meetings. The finished video will be provided with two aspect ratio versions to be agreed upon at the initial discovery meeting.

Package 3. Advanced - £950

This package is perfect for creating high-quality videos for companies who need to produce longer videos with more complex editing services. This would also include amendments to other services used such as voice-over artists used or upload of the script from your internal technical staff etc. This package is suitable for video advertisements, product reviews, tutorials, etc.  This package includes the creation of a video up to a maximum of two minutes, using stock footage only, and advanced editing services, including two choices of music. This package includes three rounds of edits and revisions, both would be video meetings. The finished video will be provided with two aspect ratio versions to be agreed upon at the initial discovery meeting.

Package 4. ' Multi- Pac' - £ 1000

This package is ideal for businesses that need to produce multiple videos with exactly the same service level as package 1. The package is for 3 x maximum of up to 30 secs per video. This package includes a discount for buying multiple videos at once. This package is perfect for businesses that need to create multiple short videos for promotional campaigns to introduce new services or explain multiple concepts. As with Package 1, this package includes one video meeting per video produced but includes two rounds of edits and revisions per video. The finished videos will use stock footage only but will be provided with three aspect ratio versions per video for use on several media channels to be agreed upon at the initial discovery meeting. This package also provides two separate choices of music per individual video.

Other service costs when required

In addition to the packages offered above, there are times when a client wishes for some specialist service such as Voice-Over artists, Translation Services, Specific Stock Footage from outside companies, and royalty-free music. Prices for these services can vary depending on the quality and quantity required, so we discuss with the client and quote separately for these specialist services.

VAT

I am based in the UK and not registered for VAT. Our pricing doesn't include VAT and is exclusive of any taxes. This should ensure that the services I provide will not incur any additional costs. However, where other services are provided I don't add any charge on top and would invoice separately or in some cases, the service provider for these would invoice separately if that is appropriate.

Stage Payments

Like all service deliverers, I require part payments and tend to split these stages into Deposits paid at Discovery Stage. Design, Development, and Completion tend to be the other stages. If a client comes back and wants additional aspect ratio versions I charge based on the days it takes to complete the work. If we agree to use outside footage or other services, n some cases they would require payment at the time of purchase or when they have delivered their element of service, and would be invoiced separately.
